• If you cancel within 7 days you receive a full refund on your hosting service.
• Please note that our money-back guarantee only apply to shared hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting or any form of web hosting, but does not apply to Dedicated server, vps and most add-on products such as domain registration, ip address, whmcs license or any form of license, ssl certificate, siteLock, codeguard and email security services, given the unique nature of their costs and setup.
All payments to Hostsliberty.com are non-refundable (unless covered by Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage.
We are confident that you’ll be pleased with the Hostsliberty.com performance and support, however for your peace of mind we offer a no-quibble 7 Days Money Back Guarantee on all shared hosting plans, managed hosting and other hosting service. We take pride in our business so we’ll probably ask you why you are leaving, but you will get a refund of hosting fees (remainder of the term) within 72 hours of requesting it.
Request refunds only through the billing department our member area, please do not do request a refund through a third party payment. If you request a refund via a third party such as dispute, then you have violated the agreement with us.

2. Refund not applicable on Dedicated server and VPS purchase. Please request for a test IP or test account before purchase
3. Refund not applicable for License service and Addons such as ssl certificate, siteLock, codeguard and email security.
4. Refund not applicable for express service clients.
5. Refund not applicable for any delays out of our control.
6. Refund not applicable if your service not have problem.
7. Refund not applicable if our server not have issue.
8. Refund can not be requested if service is more than 7 days
